"Taurus is fantastic. I was extremely impressed with the facility, the quality of employee, and the overall dog-friendliness of your business. As far as the training goes, I rate it top-notch. Page showed a truly gentle heart, and an excellent rapport with the dogs. DJ had a good start on training, and it's clear that Page knew how to take advantage of that and build him further. She also showed me three or four very specific ways to continue his training, and graciously took the time to fully explain why a certain technique would be effective and why a good dog owner would try to encourage or negate certain behaviors. I've had tremendous amount of success with DJ over the last month as I've implemented her suggestions. DJ will be back for future play days, as he adores the company of other high-energy dogs in a fun atmosphere. I feel completely comfortable leaving him there for one or many days. Our new dog Redford came to us very nervous, skittish and afraid and not one bit people bonded... Page evaluated him and then we determined we needed Taurus' help in the two-week program. Prior to leaving Redford with Taurus over Christmas break, we left Redford for several play days and for several overnights. He LOVES it there! And all of your staff is so kind to him. He plays well with the doggies and was warming up to your staff. I know Page was challenged by Redford because of his lack of confidence and his complete lack of being bonded with a human, but she did an amazing job in the two weeks she had him! We brought him home a different dog: tail is wagging, he is happy, he is responsive to his name, he sits, and he is more playful and confident.
